Founded in 2021, Sauge Café is a warm, friendly café deeply rooted in its local Cowansville community. The team promotes a friendly atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. It's a welcoming place, conducive to exchanges, calm or meetings, where the well-being of customers is at the heart of the experience. In addition to delicious seasonal beverages, Sauge Café offers a variety of homemade dishes, including fresh salads, comfort dinners and sharing platters. All food is prepared directly on site, in partnership with local producers, to ensure quality and proximity. Very attentive to the environment, it also implements eco-responsible practices and offers access to Davignon Lake to enable its customers to enjoy water-based activities, such as paddleboarding or kayaking, accessible during its opening hours. Sauge Café shares deep-rooted values with the Community social pediatrics center (CSPC) Main dans la main: solidarity, support for families and the well-being of children.
